Background


There are many pet care services are designed for people's convenience, not considering the happiness of both pets and owners. Pet owners face challenges scheduling grooming appointments due to limited groomer hours. They need a service that fits their busy lives. Additionally, groomers should understand pets' feelings and health for a careful and considerate grooming experience that makes pets happier.

From the interview, it was highlighted that groomers would find it beneficial to be aware of the pet's illness, surgical history, allergies, skin conditions, symptoms of hair loss, habits, grooming experience, bathing experience, etc.

Takeaways


If provided with additional time, I would explore the implementation of a feature that allows users with multiple pets to seamlessly reserve grooming services for each pet individually. Additionally, I would consider refining the booking process to offer users the flexibility to select and book multiple services simultaneously, enhancing the overall user experience.
